Dura-Plate® UHS

A two-component, ultra high-solids epoxy amine.

Engineered specifically for immersion service in ballast tanks, oil tanks and refined fuel storage tanks, Dura-Plate UHS Epoxy provides superior protection through its high-build, edge-retentive properties as compared to conventional epoxies. Dura-Plate UHS also has NSF approval and AS/NZS4020 potable water approval.

Epo-Phen FF

A two-component, flake-filled MIO, amine-cured, epoxy phenolic novolac coating.

Epo-Phen FF coating is formulated for use under thermal insulation at elevated or cryogenic temperatures.

Fast Clad® ER

A two-component, ultra high-solids, high-build epoxy amine coating.

Engineered for immersion service in sea water ballast tanks, fuel/sea water ballast tanks and petroleum storage tanks, Fast Clad ER epoxy provides superior protection compared to conventional epoxies thanks to its rapid-return-to-service and high-build, edge-retentive properties.

Heat-Flex® Hi-Temp 1200

A single component, self-priming, inert multi-polymeric matrix coating.

A next-generation coating, Heat-Flex Hi-Temp 1200 outperforms alternatives in combating corrosion under insulation (CUI) and in high-heat applications.

Nova-Plate® UHS

A two-component, ultra high-solids novolac amine epoxy tank lining.

Nova-Plate UHS epoxy is engineered specifically for immersion service in ballast tanks, oil tanks, refined fuel storage tanks, and for well deck overheads.

Nova-Plate® UHS Primer

A two-component, ultra high-solids epoxy novolac amine.

Formulated specifically for use under Nova-Plate UHS topcoat, Nova-Plate UHS primer is designed for use in immersion service in ballast tanks, oil tanks, refined fuel storage tanks, and for well deck overheads. The primer provides excellent surface wetting and adhesion properties, especially over rust pitted steel surfaces.

Sher-Loxane® 800

A two-component, isocyanate-free polysiloxane finish.

Sher-Loxane 800 is a versatile, high-performance, epoxy siloxane hybrid that combines the properties of both a high-performance epoxy and polyurethane. Sher-Loxane 800 is approved to APAS 2920/2.

Zinc Clad® IV

A two-component, polyamide epoxy, zinc-rich coating.

Zinc Clad IV contains 85% (by weight) zinc dust pigment in the dry film.  Zinc Clad IV is approved to APAS 0014/2 and APAS 2916/1, and is also approved for slip grip (according to AS 4100).
